- All workbook orders are either hand delivered or mailed via Canada Post regular mail.
- Privacy & Security
- We store only the minimal amount of data required to process your order and schedule a workshop. This means that we do not store personal financial information such as credit card numbers.
- We do not, and will not ever, sell or otherwise give away any of our customer information.
- Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
- There will be a $5 handling fee for all orders cancelled at least 10 business days before the first day of a workshop. Any order cancelled with less than 10 business days before the beginning of a workshop will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee unless we are able to fill that vacancy, in which case only the $5 handling fee will be charged.
- There is no refund for "no-shows" the day of the workshop.
- Stepping Up is so confident that your child will improve their exam writing skills after using the Stepping Up Practice Exams, that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with the Stepping Up Practice Exam for any reason, you may return it and get your original purchase price back, not including shipping and handling. In order to receive a refund, you must return the Stepping Up Practice Exam, along with your original sales receipt, and a brief explanation of why your child did not find the book helpful.
- Ordering
- Orders may be placed online, via the mail. Please note that for limited space items, such as our workshops, priority is given on a first come first serve basis. As such, we encourage people to order online to best ensure their child's position in the class.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments can be made via credit card (using paypal without signing up for a paypal account), paypal or via cash, cheque or money order.
- Please also note that for all cash, cheques or money orders, payment must be received within 10 business days after placing an order, or we may cancel the order.
- In compliance with Quebec law, all workshops over $100 can be payed in two equal installments, with the first due before the start of the first day of the workshop, and the second due anytime before the start of the last day of the workshop.
- It is also our policy to allow for 3 equal installments for the Cellfield Intervention.
- Viewing Orders
- You may at any time log in to the website to view the status of your order, providing you signed up for an account when placing your order.
- If you did not sign up for an account, you may email us at info@steppingup.net for an order status update.
