Stepping Up has designed a series of workshops to help evaluate your child, and then offer extra support where needed.  We recommend you start by enrolling in our “Evaluation Workshop for Grade 5 Students”.  (However it is not necessary to do this workshop to enrolled in the others) This workshop consists of a variety of exams designed to test you child's proficiency in various subjects.  Children are introduced to the concept of writing multiple choice exams, and personalized meetings are set up with parents to discuss your child's strengths and weaknesses, and to design a plan to help improve in areas where needed.

Once the evaluation is complete, we offer a full line of tutoring workshops designed to help build your child's confidence and improve on their weaknesses. 

Early in your child's grade 6 year, we offer our popular exam and interview workshops.  These workshops were created to help children understand exactly what to expect come that time.  Children leave these workshops confident, prepared, and with a real understanding of what to expect and how to tackle the two important events.

We are also now offering a grade 6 math tutorial in French, to help you child transition from English based math to French based math in High School.
